Good ol' Socrates said: "The unexamined life is not worth living", and we think humbly embracing our ignorance is probably a good place to start. To be sure, learning takes time, effort and persistence. But, we think accessing the truth and then applying it in our lives is our only option in order to fulfill our purposes here. Providing a greater understanding of the key principles and foundations for good health is our goal. We will attempt to share the best of what we have discovered and do this in ways that are interesting, engaging, useful and accessible.
